L2L Assistant Director
Don Moore and his wife Lisa became Christians in 1987. He served as a youth minister in Arkansas, a youth deacon in Kansas, and roles within Lads to Leaders since 2017. Don also served as an elder at the Castle Rock Church of Christ, in Castle Rock, Colorado.
He has experience in multiple congregations in Arkansas, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, Kansas, Germany, and Colorado. He also led a small congregation of nine while deployed in Iraq.
He retired from a 21-year career as an Army Officer in 2012, held a secular job in the used vehicle industry for another 10 years, and became Assistant Director of Lads to Leaders in January 2023.
Don has served as the Lads to Leaders Colorado Convention Director since 2018 and a Lads to Leaders Board Member for 5 years.
He is married to his Junior High and High School sweetheart, the former Lisa Jones. They have two grown children, Ryan their son and Bethany their daughter, and they will see their son Michael again in Heaven.
